John DiGeronimo

John is known to his clients as “The Go To Guy” for everything home related. He spent his last thirty years as real estate broker and investor. From buying and renovating homes for himself to helping clients prepare their homes for sale. About ten years ago his client base started trending towards Seniors and Baby Boomers. It soon became clear this was going to be John’s passion as it combined his love of real estate and a need to help others. 

To better understand the needs of his clients John set out to expand his knowledge. In 2019 he earned his SRES "Senior Residential Specialist" designation form the National Association of Realtors and in 2022 attained his CAPS certification "Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist" from the American Association of Home Builders.
